If you’re hesitant about therapy or have tried it before and left feeling unseen, you’re in the right place.

Our work will be grounded in the relationship we build together. Using a balance of compassionate understanding and direct challenging, I help you pause in real time to build awareness of your true experience during the moments that you usually push through or minimize.

My approach is relational, meaning we use our real time experience together to understand how you’re showing up in relationships and explore how to help you start showing up authentically.

Clients often express surprise at how quickly they feel comfortable in sessions. You can expect me to show up as a real person with genuine reactions, not just a therapist with an unreadable face. I believe therapy works best when you show up just as you are, no performance or expectations.

My approach draws on the techniques described here. Read through to get a sense of what working together might feel like.

When you’re ready to face what you’ve learned to push away, I’m here to support you.
